This 15mm x 1/2 inch short thread female adaptor by Flowflex is engineered for use in water and gas services requiring reliable compression connections. Designed for both copper and compatible plastic pipes with suitable inserts, it delivers a durable, watertight seal under high operating pressures up to 16 bar and working temperatures up to 110C. Made from robust brass with a matching finish, the fitting ensures strength and resistance to corrosion. The adaptor meets BS EN 1254-2 standards and is compatible with copper tube manufactured to BS EN 1057. WRAS approval confirms its suitability for potable water systems. Its straight style and short threaded female end make it suited for connecting to male-threaded outlets or valves. Supplied as a trade-ready pack of 20, covered by a 25 year manufacturer guarantee.
