Shipping Policy
Delivery Times
We offer Free Next Day Delivery on all products. Our aim is simple. Get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Orders placed before the daily order cut-off time will be despatched the same business day for next day delivery. Your specific cut-off time is shown in the delivery section on each product page.
While next day delivery is our objective and expectation, delivery times remain subject to stock availability and carrier performance. In some cases, items may ship directly from a manufacturer or from different logistics locations, which means parts of your order may arrive separately.
Unless otherwise specified:
- There are no dispatches over weekends.
- All delivery estimations are calculated on business day terms.
- If your order is placed after the cut-off time on a Friday, your order will be despatched on the following business day.
Weekends
PlumbHQ does not process or dispatch orders over the weekend. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
Christmas Deliveries
Courier services operate reduced schedules over the Christmas and New Year period. Orders placed between 22nd December and 1st January are typically delivered on the first available business day after the New Year, subject to courier operations.
Delivery Charges
Next Day Delivery is always free at PlumbHQ. All products listed on our site are shipped using a next working day service where possible.
Receiving Delivery
All deliveries are kerbside. The courier will deliver the goods as close to your address as access allows. You may need assistance to move goods into your property.
When your order arrives:
- Check all items are present and undamaged
- Inspect packaging before signing
- Ensure the delivery is signed for by the named contact on the order
Once signed for, responsibility for the goods transfers to you.
Inspecting Delivered Items
Please fully inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery to check for damage, missing, or incorrect items.
If any issues are found, notify us within 48 hours to ensure a smooth and free replacement process. Delays in reporting may result in longer processing times or additional costs.
In some cases (for example broken glass), collection may not be possible and you may be asked to safely dispose of the damaged item.
Installing Delivered Items
We strongly advise not book installers or tradespeople until:
- Your full order has arrived
- You have checked all items
- You are satisfied with the condition of the products
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. PlumbHQ cannot accept responsibility for consequential loss due to delays. Do not install damaged or faulty goods, and keep items in their original packaging where possible.
