Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you wish to make a return, please contact us first with your order number so that your return can be initiated correctly and a returns address specified. We also ask, where possible, that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods.
Basic Rights To Cancel
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel an Order at any point before it is shipped, or up to 14 days after delivery. We then allow a further 14 days to return items back to us. Further advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
Cancelling an Order
You must notify us in writing or by email of your intention to cancel together with your Order Number. If your request to cancel is valid and your order has already been dispatched, we will provide you with the relevant returns information once we receive your notice.
Returning an Order
If you wish to make a return, you must first contact us so that a return can be initiated and the correct returns address specified. Each product may have a different returns address. As such, sending any goods back without having contacted us first may incur extra costs and will lead to delays in your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Some items may need to go back to the original manufacturer for inspection before issuing a refund. This can take up to 6 weeks.
You can return an order up to 30 days after receiving your goods; unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns after 30 days.
For up to 14 days, you are entitled to return any items and receive a full refund of the purchase price of the goods, excluding any charges incurred for collection, subject to the goods not having been damaged or marked in any way and that the goods are in their original packaging.
After the initial 14 days, you may be subject to a restocking charge and collection fee, both of which may vary depending on which goods you have ordered.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damaged, faulty or incomplete orders will ideally be reported within 48 hours, but at most, 14 days after receiving your order.
We cannot be made liable to pay any costs or charges incurred due to delays to jobs, projects or to get the faulty or damaged goods uninstalled for returns or replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and initiated, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. In some cases this can take up to 6 weeks. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
