This 18mm x 1/2 inch male adaptor uses compression fittings to connect copper tube to 1/2 inch female threaded pipework with strong, reliable sealing. Designed for use with water and gas systems, it is made from solid brass, offering high strength and corrosion resistance in demanding settings.

The fitting handles a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar and temperatures up to 110°C. Its reducing straight profile provides a secure, leak-tight connection without the need for heat, soldering, or specialist tools. This adaptor is compatible with copper tube manufactured to BS EN 1057 and can also be used with plastic pipes when correct inserts are installed.

Manufactured to BS EN 1254-2 standards, this product is supplied in packs of 10 and carries a 25-year manufacturer guarantee for lasting performance.
