This 8mm x 1/4 inch female adaptor uses a compression connection and is constructed from brass, providing robustness for demanding plumbing environments. It creates a secure, watertight joint between copper tube and female threaded 1/4 inch fittings without the need for heat or solder, making it suitable for fast installation or maintenance work.

The fitting is designed for gas and water systems, with a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar and temperature resistance up to 110C. It is suitable for copper pipes manufactured to BS EN 1057 and meets BS EN 1254 standards for reliability in professional installations. WRAS approval ensures it can be used in systems supplying potable water. Supplied as a pack of 10 for convenience in larger jobs.
