15mm Lockshield Gate Valve 1 Pack Details

This 15mm Lockshield Gate Valve provides secure flow isolation in plumbing systems with compression ends to BS EN 1254-2 standards. Manufactured to BS 5154 specifications, the valve features a non-rising stem design and has earned WRAS approval for use in potable water applications. Built from solid brass construction with a PN16 pressure rating, it handles operating temperatures from -10°C to 170°C, making it suitable for domestic, commercial and industrial installations.

The lockshield design prevents unauthorised operation, requiring a specific key for valve adjustment - ideal for locations requiring controlled access. When fully open, gate valves create minimal flow restriction, reducing pressure loss throughout the system. The valve's gradual closing mechanism helps eliminate water hammer, protecting your pipework from pressure surges. Compression fittings ensure straightforward installation with 15mm copper pipe to BS EN 1057 standards.
