Delivery information

Please note: orders placed after the courier cut-off (shown below) on a Friday will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays, so during busy seasonal periods such as Easter and Christmas, please allow a little extra time for your items to arrive.

Returns

PlumbHQ offers a straightforward 30-day returns policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Once logged in, find your order and follow the options to “Request Return” and follow the instructions provided to complete the process.

Once your return request is submitted, it will be reviewed to ensure it meets the criteria of our refund policy. If it does, the return process will be initiated.

It is very important to communicate with our team about any returns. Any items sent back to us without having made contact with our team may suffer unwanted delays and extra charges.
