PlumbHQ offers a straightforward 30-day returns policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Log in using the email address associated with your order and follow the security instructions.
3. Once logged in, find your order and follow the options to “Request Return” and follow the instructions provided to complete the process.

Once your return request is submitted, it will be reviewed to ensure it meets the criteria of our refund policy. If it does, the return process will be initiated.

It is very important to communicate with our team about any returns. Any items sent back to us without having made contact with our team may suffer unwanted delays and extra charges.
